These Terms & Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) govern bookings and purchases of wellness services (massages) offered by Siam Sereine and performed at the location specified by the client (“on-site” service). Any booking implies full acceptance of these Terms.

The services and their durations are described on the website. Prices are shown in euros and are those displayed at the time of booking. VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (prices do not include VAT).
Bookings are made online for a specific date and time. Payment is due at the time of booking, by debit/credit card, through our secure payment provider Stripe. The booking is confirmed by email once payment is validated.
Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure and wellness services to be provided on a specific date. As our services are booked for a specific date and time, they fall under this exception. The applicable cancellation terms are those of Article 6 below.
If Siam Sereine cancels (unavailability, force majeure, etc.), the client is fully refunded or offered a reschedule to a mutually agreed date.
The data collected (identity, contact details, service address) is used solely to manage bookings and customer relations. Health questionnaire information is processed solely to deliver the service safely, on the basis of your consent, and is automatically erased within 24 hours after the session. Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data by writing to contact@siamsereine.com.
These Terms are governed by French law. In accordance with Articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the client has the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge to seek an amicable resolution of any dispute; the competent mediator's details can be obtained on request at contact@siamsereine.com. Failing an amicable resolution, the French courts have jurisdiction.
